Lightpoint Designs Designer Earns 'Wellness Within Your Walls®’ Certification
Mark & Samantha Redman are very proud to announce that Samantha, Lightpoint Designs Director of Interior Design, has earned her Wellness Within Your Walls® Professional certification, and they are honored to be one of only two Virginia businesses to currently have a WWYW-certified professional on staff. This WWYW designation demonstrates the high level of care Lightpoint Designs has for its clients.
Wellness Within Your Walls® connects heart and science. WWYW is the solution to healthier interior environments that are affordable, accountable, and achievable. We serve as the bridge between consumers and the building and design communities with a primary goal of providing education on building and designing healthier interior environments, as well as providing third-party, health and wellness certification programs.
We take a holistic approach to wellness by directing more thoughtful selections of building materials and home furnishings that adhere to our Healthy Living System™, a 10-step approach to wellness in living spaces. This system includes maintenance and lifestyle strategies to ensure continued health and wellness in the home and community.
With over 35 years of design and remodeling experience, Mark & Sam are committed to professional development and continue to strive to be on the cutting edge of the ever-evolving design business. They are both NKBA Certified Kitchen & Bath Designers, Mark is a Certified Living in Place Professional, and Sam is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Lightpoint Designs is also proud to be a Dementia Friendly Business and was recently recognized by Virginia Living Magazine as one of the area’s Top of The Trades for Designers. This WWYW certification enhances their commitment to continue to provide designs that improve the health and well-being of their clients, their homes, and our planet.
