Oak Counseling, led by Breanne Bass, LCSW, provides vital mental health support to the Williamsburg community. Breanne's work focuses primarily on children, adolescents, and young adults, with a special emphasis on elementary and middle school-aged individuals. She is dedicated to understanding each client's unique circumstances and empowering them to improve their overall well-being.

Utilizing a strength-based approach, Breanne helps clients enhance their existing abilities and develop new skills and coping mechanisms. Oak Counseling offers support for those navigating a range of challenges, including:

• Behavioral and emotional regulation
• Self-harm
• New life transitions
• Changing family dynamics
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Depression

For younger clients, Oak Counseling also provides crucial parent support sessions and family support as part of their treatment. Sessions are conveniently offered both virtually and in their welcoming office.
