Come and Walk with a Doc--a free, monthly (4th Saturday of each month) walking group hosted by the family physicians of Defiant Direct Primary Care. Walk with a Doc is an international non-profit, and we are the first and only peninsula chapter. Our mission is to get our community walking and moving to promote health and prevention. Each month the physicians give a 10-15 min health topic talk, followed by a warm-up (typically hosted by rotating fitness studios around town) and then a 2 mile loop down DoG St, finishing at the market.
