About the Speakers:

Michael Kimball, Partner, Consociate Media

Michael joined Consociate Media following a long tenure at The Williamsburg Winery where he served as the Marketing Director. Prior to assuming the responsibilities of the marketing department, Michael served as the Winery’s Wine Club Director, Social Media Director and Wine Festival Manager. Michael has served on tourism advisory groups and was elected to the Virginia Wineries Association Board of Directors.

Morgan has worn many hats during her 15 years with The Local Scoop magazine, but her true passion lies in uncovering stories that reveal the best-kept secrets of the Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula, and beyond. She brings strong creative vision to every photo shoot and enjoys collaborating directly with clients to craft impactful advertisements. When she’s not behind her laptop or out in the field, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and extended family, as well as traveling to faraway places.

Justin Carter, Founder & CEO, Teklogic

Justin Carter is a lifetime technologist and coastal Virginia resident who’s worked in tech since 2000. He founded his own business, Teklogic in 2007, built and scaled the business through multiple mergers and acquisitions, and exited in 2024.
