Bestselling author J.K. Rowling received twelve rejections before the first Harry Potter book was finally published. "I'm normally proudest of myself after I've done something that frightens me,” she has said. What is something that you are afraid to try because you are afraid of failure? 

Can you give an example of something at which you failed multiple times, only to overcome it in the end? How did you finally overcome it? Or did you?
