The Sentara Cap2Cap presented by Dominion Energy is back for its 19th year on May 10th and 11th! Distances range from a 7-mile fun ride to over 100+ miles along the scenic Virginia Capital Trail. With multiple distances, an open/start format, mechanical and course support, furnished rest stops, and a half-century shuttle option, there is something for everyone. New features this year include team competitions and prizes. Enjoy Party Zones at Chickahominy Riverfront Park on Friday and Dorey Park on Saturday with music, tasty food, and local vendors. Riders will also receive Cap2Cap souvenirs, lunch, a beverage ticket, coupons, and more!
