Join Us for Business After Hours at Ripley's Believe It or Not! Join the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, April 23rd from 4-6pm, for an engaging evening of networking and a unique look inside the world of Ripley's. Ripley's Believe it or Not! is excited to showcase some of their exhibits and attendees will even have the opportunity for see all of the wonders and oddities on display. experiences!

About The Host 

Ripley's Entertainment Williamsburg is approaching its one-year milestone since reopening to the public following a comprehensive remodel and some operational challenges in 2025. Located in Williamsburg, Virginia this attraction is entering an exciting new chapter focused on growth, community engagement, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Leading the location is General Manager Angelica Hurst, whose background in the entertainment industry and passion for the strange and unusual make her a natural fit for Ripley’s. Her enthusiasm for science, history, and storytelling enhances both the guest experience and team culture. Outside of her professional role, Angelica is a dedicated mother, avid reader, artist, writer, and animal lover who brings creativity, curiosity, and strong leadership to the organization.

Supporting her is Supervisor Riley Brooker, a driven and multi-talented professional who balances full-time responsibilities at Ripley’s while pursuing her college education and her passion for the performing arts. A talented writer and skilled costume fabricator, Riley brings creativity, discipline, and innovation to the team.

Currently operating with a dedicated staff of four, the management team is focused on strategic growth and actively working to expand their team. With a strong foundation in place, Ripley’s Entertainment Williamsburg is excited to continue building partnerships within the community and creating memorable experiences for visitors and residents alike. 

In addition, the GWCC team will be hosting a 50/50 Cash Raffle at check-in. Tickets will be available for purchase at $3 each or four for $10, giving you even more chances to win!
