This year's theme for Tables of 8 is "Tables of 8: Lunch & Balance: Identity Beyond Roles" This series of intimate lunches is designed for women navigating the constant juggle of career, family, personal goals, and self-care. It's a supportive and safe space to share honestly about the invisible mental load we carry.
This month, we'll dive into these topics:
  • Ice Breaker: When do you feel most like yourself?
  • Discussion Topic: How do you stay connected to who you are outside of your roles as a partner, parent,
    professional, or caregiver?
