One of the region's biggest cycling events, the Virginia Credit Union Cap2Cap presented by Dominion Energy is an annual event hosted by the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation. Perfect for any age or cycling ability, the Cap2Cap brings the whole community together. Riders will enjoy breathtaking views, furnished rest stops, and SAG & course support as they travel along the scenic Virginia Capital Trail, a 52-mile paved trail from Williamsburg to Richmond. The event features multiple distances ranging from a 7–10-mile family fun ride to 100+ miles. There is also a virtual ride option and 2-day challenge. New offerings this year include a shuttle package for half century riders, specialty rest stops, and group ride info with local cycling organizations.
